Steps in the Certification Process
Submission for Revision
Authors are required to send the complete manuscript for revision by our certification team. The complete manuscript should include the following components:
- Cover Page
- Abstract
- Text (Main Body)
- Figures and Tables (if applicable)
- References
Except for Figures, all other manuscript components must be submitted in a .docx (Word) format.
Please ensure that all required manuscript parts are submitted in their entirety and in the formats specified above, as any missing components may result in delays in the publication process.
To submit your manuscript for revision, you may use one of these options:
- Email: send the files as attachments to
- Dropbox: share the files with and notify us via separate email to that the files were shared.
- Office 365: share the files with and notify us via separate email to that the files were shared.
Our team will confirm the receipt of your submission files and send you a link to the invoice. Once payment is received, the revision process will start.
Certification Team Initial Revision
Upon submission, the manuscript undergoes revision by our certification team. This revision includes a thorough assessment of the English language usage, with the implementation of necessary improvements by the team.
Author Review and Approval
Authors receive the amended manuscript from the certification team, which includes improvements made to enhance the quality of English language usage and ensure alignment with the journal’s formatting and style requirements. Authors are encouraged to carefully review the amended manuscript, respond to any queries or suggestions provided by the certification team, and leave comments if they disagree with any changes. This collaborative process ensures that the final manuscript maintains accuracy and aligns with the author’s intent while meeting high language standards. A fast turnaround at this step is important to maintain the publication schedule.

Once the authors approve the revised manuscript, our certification team will conduct a final review to ensure the article meets the journal’s language quality standards.
